This site, picaportelabs.com, is published by Picaporte Labs, which also publishes kubelatch.com and the kubelatch software. This page gives the information that Spain’s Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI) asks every provider to publish.

The license, the releases and the changelog of kubelatch are public at github.com/picaportelabs/kubelatch; its source code is not, and can be reviewed under a non-disclosure agreement.
